Practical application of Revenue Management is the sole objective of REVolution team. Systems, while as much useful as they are, cannot alone ensure successful implementation of any revenue management strategy. This is why REVolution team encourages hotels to create a healthy Revenue Management culture within the organisation and this is achieved only through the development of your hotel’s most valuable asset – your PEOPLE.

Implementation of a healthy Revenue Management culture requires an engaged and motivated team. Developing an engaged and motivated team, in return, requires Training. When the staff is well trained on revenue management principles, its implementation will be met with as little resistance as possible.

REVolution team aims to implement the Revenue management culture in the hotel by developing interactive, motivational and fun learning sessions. Higher the interaction level in the training, higher will be the understanding of RM principles and even greater will be the motivational level of staff to initiate and accept changes.
